N3Ventures LLC:

N3Ventures LLC was founded in January 2011 to help entrepreneurs achieve their goals. Our focus is on Embedded Web applications and Semiconductor Subsytem Intellectual Propoerty.

We work with entrepreneurs that are developing new products to turn their startups into full fledged businesses. We do the following forentrepreneurs:

1. Help them develop/refine their business plan.
2. Develop and assist in executing marketing, business development and sales plans.
3. For entrepreneurs outside the US, we help them to develop relationships with key strategic partners in the US.
4. We have a world-wide network of VCs and angel investors that we work with and can help entrepreneurs when they are ready for series-A funding.

Founder and CEO

Nabil Takla is a Serial entrepreneur and an angel investor. He has over 35 years of experience in semiconductors at the design, product management and executive management levels. He works with several entrepreneurs world wide to propel startups into full fledged companies. He was an investor and chairman of the board of Phylinks, a UK startup. He is the founder and CEO of Innovative Semiconductors, Inc. , a US Silicon intellectual property company. As Innovative's CEO, Nabil successfully worked with many leading semiconductor manufacturers worldwide to build tens of millions of chips used in high speed serial interface applications, particularly in the areas of USB, FireWire and digital video Codecs. Before starting Innovative, Nabil was Vice President of VLSI products at MATRA Design Semiconductor, a US subsidiary of MATRA, the French conglomerate where he was responsible for product development and marketing strategy for Processor, Cache controller chips and software. He also held management positions with Data General and Ridge Computers a pioneer in RISC architecture. He started his career at Intel as a memory designer. Nabil holds two patents and is the author of several papers.
